The Celebrity Millennium is the largest ship ever built, and it has a new dining and bar area. There are also plenty of other exciting features like the world’s first indoor ski slope, ice skating rink, and water park.
The celebrity edge specialty dining packages are a new concept that will be introduced on the Celebrity Edge. These packages will give passengers access to exclusive food and beverage experiences with celebrity chefs, as well as other perks.
Celebrity Cruises continues to tease details about its next ship, Celebrity Beyond, today revealing further information about a ship that the company claims would be “beyond compare.”
This announcement focuses on the cruise line’s culinary and beverage services, with the cruise line reiterating its collaborations with double Michelin-starred Daniel Boulud and interior designer Nate Berkus, as well as announcing a new idea with Diageo, the world’s largest alcohol company.
“Onboard all Celebrity Cruises ships, globally inspired culinary excellence is at the core of our offering. Some of your most cherished vacation memories are created around the dinner table with friends and family. Celebrity Cruises CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said, “It is important to us that every element of our guests’ onboard experience is really exceptional.”
“We’ve always put a lot of thought into our cuisine and beverages, and it’s paid off with a slew of accolades, including a coveted Wine Spectator award for setting the bar at sea. Now, we’ve teamed up with some of the most talented people in the world to put it all on the table and create a one-of-a-kind experience.”
Onboard Beyond, there will be a total of 32 dining and beverage options, including 15 restaurants, five cafés, and 12 bars and lounges.

Onboard Celebrity Beyond: Le Voyage, world-renowned chef and Celebrity Cruises’ Global Culinary Ambassador Daniel Boulud will debut his own restaurant at sea.
The meals served at Le Voyage are inspired by travel, with globally-inspired tastes that transport visitors to the locations that inspired each menu item.
The atmosphere of the restaurant will be created by Jouin Manku, the company behind the Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower as well as Celebrity’s Grand Plaza atrium.
The atmosphere of Le Voyage will be small and upmarket, with soft tones, private banquette seating, artistically illuminated glass flutes creating a pleasant glow, and a separate entrance and exit. At the conclusion of their meal, visitors will be given a goodbye present as a finishing touch.

On the rear of Celebrity Beyond, interior designer Nate Berkus created the globally inspired two-story Sunset Bar.
The area is almost twice as big as earlier iterations of the Sunset Bar on other Celebrity ships, according to WKK architect Tom Wright, who is best renowned for designing the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
Two open-air decks and a pergola-covered entry will be included, as well as a u-shaped bar and luxurious daybeds. The premium venue will have a beach club feel that is both informal and sophisticated.

Celebrity has a strong Greek history, having been established by a Greek family in 1988 and having 70 percent of its current marine officers come from the nation.
Celebrity has worked with Chicago interior design company Simeone Deary to offer its Cyprus Restaurant a fresh new appearance as a tribute to this continuing heritage.
On the line’s Edge Series ships, Cyprus is a fleet favorite, but guests on Beyond will be welcomed with a new atmosphere that blends delicate components with dazzling gold, sculptural embellishments that are inspired by Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty.
