“We are ecstatic with the reaction to our Royal Caribbean vacations from the United Kingdom. Our British Isles itineraries have reached peak guest satisfaction ratings since resuming sailings in early July. Because Anthem of the Seas is such a fantastic ship and so popular with British visitors, we’ve had a lot of interest from families looking for a once-in-a-lifetime vacation this summer,” said Ben Bouldin, vice president EMEA, Royal Caribbean International. “We applaud the UK government’s recent announcement that it is no longer advising against foreign ship travel. While this is a step forward in the worldwide return of cruises, there are still complications to be navigated when visiting several European ports from the United Kingdom. This, along with the success of our British Isles sailings to far, has led to our decision to expand our sailings across the British Isles, and I’m looking forward to welcoming foreign passengers to enjoy these itineraries beginning in September.”
