The Pearl Hotels & Resorts M&A program is kicking off this fall and aims to change the way hotels get bought and sold. With the program, current Pearl members will start receiving emails about participating in the buyout. There, members will be able to choose which hotels, resorts, hotels & resorts, and timeshare properties they would like to be part of. After choosing which hotels to participate in the buyout, members will have the option to receive a buyout offer from the Pearl, or to submit a competing bid from another company by the end of the year.

Today, “Preferred Hotels & Resorts” has announced the launch of Hotel Buyout Experiences , an online and offline resource for those seeking to review, rate, and book preferred hotels and resorts worldwide.  Hotel Buyout Experiences uses an extensive online database to provide an unprecedented level of information about hotels and resorts throughout the world, including both on-resort and off-resort hotels, as well as hotel experiences, such as spa treatments and shopping, which are offered at many hotels.

A fantastic, affordable, and healthy way to look at a vacation is to see it as a buying and selling experience. You are buying a vacation, and selling a vacation. That’s how a preferred hotel buyout works. What you buy is a vacation package, which is a combination of tours, hotels, transportation, activities, and meals.
